If we cannot resolve the defect via email and determine that you have a defective unit due to a manufacturer defect in the hardware, it must be returned for us for a refund and or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
MELTED EDIBLES
We are not responsible for melted edibles such as gummies or chocolates. If your gummies or chocolates have melted into a (delicious) singular blob, a quick remedy is to place them in the freezer for up to 1 hour. Once frozen, open the bag at the sides and cut into equal pieces. Precise dosing requires a gram scale.
We are not responsible for melted products when shipped.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for the shipping of the product back to us. If you include a receipt showing the amount paid for shipping to us, we will include goods in the replacement order to cover the shipping cost within reason. We are not liable for any items lost in transit during its return to us. Again, return shipping costs is the responsibility of the purchaser and there are no exceptions to this.
REFUND
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will determine at our sole discretion, if the product is defective.
